These terms govern your use of the website. If we agree to carry out work for you, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement), which takes precedence over these terms for anything to do with the work.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
The site is operated by Paws Trend (OPC) Private Limited, a One Person Company incorporated in India, registered office E-9, Associated Apartment, IP Extension, Patparganj, Delhi 110092, India (“Paws Trend”, “we”, “us”). Contact: connect@pawstrend.com.
3. Permitted use
You may view and use this site for your own personal or internal business purposes — reading about our services, and contacting us. You may link to the site, provided you do so fairly and not in a way that damages our reputation or implies an association or endorsement that does not exist.
4. What you must not do
- use the site or the contact form for spam, phishing, or any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system or network;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach its security or authentication measures, without our prior written permission;
- place undue load on the site, or interfere with its normal operation, including through denial-of-service techniques;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our prior written permission;
- copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of the site except as section 6 allows;
- remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.
5. Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the contact form, or otherwise contacting us, does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to proceed. A binding engagement exists only once we have both signed, or otherwise agreed in writing to, a proposal or statement of work. Anything on this site about scope, timelines, pricing or outcomes is general information, not an offer.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, layout, design, illustrations, code, and the “Paws Trend” name and logo — is owned by Paws Trend or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Some photographs, video and fonts are used under their own third-party licences and remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing on the site transfers any intellectual property right to you. You may take temporary copies incidental to viewing the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference, provided you keep all notices intact and do not use them commercially without our written permission.
Work we produce for a client is dealt with in that client's engagement agreement, which typically assigns ownership to the client on payment.
7. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to third-party websites, and loads a small number of third-party resources (for example fonts, script libraries and bot protection) described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability and changes
We provide the site on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it, and may revise these terms, at any time. The version and date at the top of this page show the current terms; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. Content on the site is general information and is not professional advice for your specific situation.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the site is limited to INR 10,000.
These limits do not apply to obligations under a signed engagement agreement, which sets its own liability terms.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
